We are an online shop only at the moment. We will be launching a Click n Collect Hub in Sydney soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use AfterPay, Zip Pay, ShopPay, Master Cards, Visa Cards, American Express, Discovery and of course PayPal.
Is it safe to purchase from this site?
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! we provide worldwide shipping from Sydney, Australia. If you are living in out side of our sales region, you could send us a message on our Contact Us page mentioning which country/region you would like to get the products ship to and our customer care team would love to assist.
How do I track my parcel?
We will send you an email with tracking information after the items have been dispatched.
In case if you have not received your tacking details within two business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order was placed, please contact us ASAP.
Do you accept returns?
Yes but all Sale items, Accessories, Lingerie, Hosiery, Swimwear are final and could not be returned. For further information please refer to our Return Policy located at the bottom left corner of the website.
Where do I send my returns to?
Please refer to our Return Process located on Return Policy Page before sending out any parcels!
What do I do if the item or the particular size I need is Sold Out?
Please send us an email clearly mentioning the product, size and the colour you need to purchase and we will get back to you once the items are restocked. You will be the first one to know before it goes live on our store.
