Returns Policy
We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for Store Credit only, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our customer service team at info@winsomegirl.com to arrange approval for a return.
Conditions for Returns
- We accept one change-of-mind return per order. Once a change-of-mind return has been processed, no further returns for the same order will be accepted.
- All returns must be sent to Winsome Girl within 30 business days from the date of purchase. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the sender’s responsibility and must include tracking details.
- You must complete the Return Form via email before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
- We recommend obtaining tracking for your return parcel, as Winsome Girl is not responsible if your return goes missing in transit.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaged in a poly bag. This means they must be:
- Unworn
- Unperfumed
- Unwashed
- Unstained
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from perfume or deodorant smells
- Free from makeup or fake tan marks
Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for Store Credit. Please take care when trying on your items.
Winsome Girl reserves the right to reject any return if the garment is not returned in its original condition. Any item that has been worn, soiled, washed, altered, or damaged in any way will be rejected for Store Credit.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Accessories
- Swimwear
- Hosiery
- Lingerie
- Earrings
These items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances unless faulty.
International Returns Policy (Updated)
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, a Store Credit will be issued for international returns.
Please note:
- Winsome Girl does not cover or refund the cost of international return shipping.
- Original shipping fees paid at checkout are not refunded, as they are non-recoverable shipping charges.
- You are responsible for all postage costs associated with returning your item(s).
- Due to current global restrictions, international return shipping fees may be higher than usual.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked service for your return parcel, as Winsome Girl cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit.

Steps to Request a Return
- Email info@winsomegirl.com with your order number and details.
- List the items you wish to return.
- Include the reason for your return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
- Send your parcel within 30 business days of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Email us the tracking number after dispatching your return.

Store Credit
- Once we receive your return, we will assess the items.
- If approved, a Store Credit will be applied to your Winsome Girl account.
- Store Credits will be processed within 2 business days.
- Store Credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
- Store Credits are non-refundable once applied to your account.
- You can check your Store Credit balance by logging into your account.
- Store Credit can be applied at checkout during the payment step.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@winsomegirl.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the fault or error
Once assessed and confirmed, you will be eligible for a refund, replacement, or Store Credit (your choice).
Paid with Afterpay?
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a full Store Credit for the returned items. You can shop again straight away while continuing to pay off your existing Afterpay instalments
