Returns Policy

We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for Store Credit only, as we don’t offer refunds or exchanges.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our customer service team at info@winsomegirl.com to arrange approval for a return.

Conditions for Returns:

  • All returns must be sent to Winsome Girl within 30 business days from the date of purchase. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the sender’s responsibility and must include tracking details.
  • You must complete the Return Form via our email before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
  • We recommend obtaining tracking for your return parcel, as Winsome Girl is not responsible if your return goes missing in transit.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaged in a poly bag. This means they must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unperfumed
    • Unwashed
    • Unstained
    • With tags still attached
    • In original packaging
    • Without perfume or deodorant smells
    • Without makeup or fake tan marks
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a Store Credit. Please take care when trying on your items.

Winsome Girl reserves the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original condition. Any garment's returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected of a store credit.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Sale items
  • Accessories
  • Swimwear
  • Hosiery
  • Lingerie
  • Earrings

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns for any of the above items.


International Returns Policy

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, a store credit will be issued for international returns.

  • Please note that Winsome Girl does not cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Due to current global restrictions, international return shipping fees may be higher than usual.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service for your return parcel, as Winsome Girl cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit.

Steps to request a return:

  • Email info@winsomegirl.com with your order details as soon as possible.
  • Mention the items you wish to return.
  • Include the reason for the return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
  • All returns must be sent to Winsome Girl within 30 business days from the date of purchase. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the sender’s responsibility 
  • After shipping the package, please email us the tracking details.

Store Credit:

  • Once we receive your return, we will assess the items. If they are in original condition, we will process a Store Credit.
  • If you are to receive online store credit, the credits are applied to your Winsome Girl Account.
  • Store Credits will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Store credits are valid for 3 years before expiry.
  • Store credits are non-refundable once applied to the account.
  • You can check your store credit balance by logging on to your account. To use your store credits you will have the option in the checkout on the payment step.

Faulty/Defective Product: 

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@winsomegirl.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue in your initial email. Once our customer service team has assessed and confirmed the fault or error, you will be eligible for a store credit, refund, or replacement.

Paid with Afterpay? 

Once your return has been processed you'll receive full store credit for your return, so you can shop again straight away while continuing to pay off your Afterpay installments.
