All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International or DHL Express — both trusted for reliable and secure delivery.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive:
- An email with your tracking number from Winsome Girl, and
- A direct tracking link from Australia Post or DHL On-Demand Delivery, allowing you to manage delivery preferences.

Free Standard Shipping on all international orders over $200 AUD.
Express Worldwide Shipping:
We offer DHL Express or Australia Post Express for a flat rate of $40 AUD (delivery 2–4 business days).
🇹🇷 Special Notice for Turkish Customers
DHL has informed us that orders exceeding 150 euros (≈ $250 AUD) cannot clear Turkish customs and will be returned to our warehouse.
Please ensure your order total remains within the allowed value.
📦 Tracking Your International Order
After dispatch, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If you do not receive your tracking link, check your spam folder or contact us at info@winsomegirl.com
Important: If you grant the courier “Authority to Leave” without a signature, Winsome Girl and the courier are not liable for stolen or missing parcels.
💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once they arrive in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Winsome Girl has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.
If customs charges are unpaid and the parcel is Returned to Sender, our courier (DHL Express / Australia Post) may destroy the parcel and no refund will be issued.
🚫 Unclaimed or Refused Parcels
- If a parcel is unclaimed or refused, DHL or Australia Post will attempt re-delivery.
- If unsuccessful, the parcel may be destroyed or abandoned by authorities in the destination country.
- In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- If we can arrange for the parcel’s return, any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
