Shipping Policy
Daily Order Cut-Off: 1:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time, Sydney.
Handling Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Handling time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Within Australia
Free Express Shipping is available for Australian orders over $100 AUD.
For Australian orders under $100 AUD, Express Shipping is $10 AUD.
Estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days after dispatch. All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
International Shipping
Free Standard International Shipping is available on orders over $200 AUD.
For international orders under $200 AUD, Standard International Shipping is $20 AUD.
Express Worldwide Shipping is available for a flat rate of $40 AUD. Estimated delivery time is usually 2–4 business days after dispatch.
International orders may be shipped via Australia Post or DHL Express, depending on the destination and service selected.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Notes
- Shipping times do not include handling or dispatch time.
- During sales and holiday periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer due to high order volumes.
- Once an order has left our warehouse, delivery delays caused by the shipping provider are outside our control.
- If authority to leave is selected or granted, Winsome Girl and the shipping provider are not liable if the parcel is lost or stolen after delivery.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming checkout.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Winsome Girl.
If customs charges are unpaid, or if a parcel is refused or unclaimed, the parcel may be returned, abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or local authorities. In these cases, shipping costs and any related charges may be deducted from any refund, and in some cases no refund may be issued.
